- Links: Links are configurable with expiration options to grant restricted leases to documents for a limited amount of time. Public links can be accessed by all recipients, whether they have adeptCloud or not.
- Document DRM: To enable additional control over sensitive documents that are publicly linked, adeptCloud now features Document DRM, which enables easy web-based document viewing on desktop or a mobile device. Document DRM can prevent unauthorized usage by preventing the recipient from downloading or printing the document. Document DRM also provides dynamic and configurable watermark options to hamper image capture.
- Comprehensive Auditing: Providing security and privacy in an easy-to-use solution is the primary mission of adeptCloud.
