OrthoVista® for the 21st Century – Stellacore Corporation Partners with BAE Systems to Advance the Geospatial Industry Standard for Orthophoto Mosaics
Parker, Colorado, USA – March 26, 2013: Stellacore Corporation, the creator of OrthoVista® announced that it has engaged in a partnership agreement with BAE Systems to bring OrthoVistaXtreme™ (the 21st century version of OrthoVista) to the market.
Performance matters. OrthoVistaXtreme offers enhanced functionality that represents the future of digital image mosaicking. OrthoVista has been the standard mosaicking application throughout the photogrammetric mapping and remote sensing industry since its creation by Stellacore in 1997. OrthoVista improves the quality, utility and value of digital orthophoto products through automation of the color correction and mosaic stitching process. Now, Stellacore has entirely overhauled OrthoVista from the foundation up, to create OrthoVistaXtreme and incorporate high-performance throughput capabilities and massive project capacity to match 21st century project requirements.
Stellacore, in partnership with BAE Systems, will preview the standalone version of OrthoVistaXtreme at the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) 2013 Annual Conference in Baltimore, Md. OrthoVistaXtreme will be exclusively marketed, sold and supported by BAE Systems.
