New Training Video Provides Immediate Access to Trimble PositionsTraining

Sedona, AZ, February 20, 2013:  GeoMattix is pleased to announce a new GIS training course for Trimble Positions. GPS Mapping with ArcPad and Trimble Positions provides training on Trimble’s new Positions software for the ArcPad workflow.  The training video is suitable for:

• Trimble ArcPad users who need high accuracy GNSS data
• Those ready to update their ArcPad – GPSCorrect - GPS Analyst workflow
• Esri GeoCollector users

ArcPad is Esri’s flagship mobile GIS program.  When used on a Trimble GPS receiver, ArcPad users can use Trimble Positions to add post-processing functionality to their workflow.  Post-processing uses differential correction to enhance the accuracy of the field data.  Trimble Positions replaces the previous ArcPad – GPSCorrect – GPS Analyst workflow.
