October 08, 2012 -- 3-GIS, a GIS software solutions company based in Alabama will exhibit in booth 15 at the 2012 Esri European User Conference (EUC) in Oslo, Norway. The conference will be held October 15-17 at the Oslo Kongressenter in Oslo, Norway. 3-GIS Program Director, Lee Nelson PE will also be speaking.
