Showcase to focus on productivity benefits of new AVEVA Electrical product

Chesterfield , UK - 28 May 2012: AVEVA, announced today it will host a series of events entitled ‘Breakthrough in Engineering Productivity’ for the UK engineering community. The roadshows will showcase AVEVA Electrical, the completely new and feature rich design software solution for electrical engineers and designers, which deliver dramatically improved productivity and shorter ROI.

“We will be showcasing the huge advantages that AVEVA Electrical brings to the UK engineering community”, said Fredy Ktourza, Senior Vice President - West EMEA, AVEVA. “To get the message out, we have selected a number of strategic UK engineering hubs as locations for the roadshows. Delegates will be introduced to the brand new AVEVA Electrical product and will have the opportunity to see the significant time savings and quality improvements that can be realised by adopting an Integrated Engineering & Design approach.”

While focusing on AVEVA Electrical, the roadshows will also feature the technological breakthrough of the AVEVA Plant portfolio which can deliver savings of up to 30% compared to alternative solutions. This is made possible through the fully-integrated, concurrent development of engineering and 3D design data.

The free-to-attend roadshows are targeted at electrical and instrumentation designers and engineers, operations and engineering managers and executive management working on construction, operations and maintenance of major capital facilities.
