Utilizing a state-of-the-art Reigl VMX 250 sensor, Continental Mapping is now able to provide a one-stop-shop of project planning, LiDAR data acquisition, data processing, and geospatial product creation to clients who require high accuracy infrastructure mapping. In conjunction with Tulloch Mapping Solutions, Continental Mapping can now offer an unparalleled depth of knowledge and expertise to the engineering design survey market, as well as to other markets requiring high accuracy mapping solutions.

Mobile LiDAR technology combines high accuracy remote sensing techniques with engineering design survey accuracy in a safer, faster, and more flexible environment.  The highly regarded VMX 250 system is equipped with dual, high frequency laser scanners, an inertial measurement unit and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) equipment, as well as multiple digital cameras that can be configured to meet the specifications of individual projects. Our team brings well over 30 years of pioneering and production mobile LiDAR mapping experience to the market. In addition, we bring a collective experience deploying hybridized solutions of mobile, terrestrial, and airborne LiDAR and imagery.
