Key Facts:

  • High school robotics competition
  • 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. March 23
  • 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. March 24
  • Any student participating on a FIRST® team is eligible to apply for $14 million in scholarships
  • 50 teams participating, including one from Mexico, one from Brazil and one from Canada
  • Teams had six weeks to build a robot that puts as many basketballs through hoops as possible during a two-minute and fifteen-second match with other teams
  • Winners eligible to attend the FRC World Championship in St. Louis Apr. 25 – 28
  • Free and open to the public (with free parking)
