February 23, 2011 - Netcad won the tender for the “Azerbaijan Real Estate Registration and Cadaster Management System”. Thanks to the 23 years of highly valuable experience; Netcad, the industry leader of Turkey with GIS and Engineering Solutions, will implement the Azerbaijan Real Estate Registration and Cadaster Management System.

Netcad was the only Turkish company in the tender including the preliminary stage. The two-year project aims to bring an integrated environment for all deed, cadaster, privatization and document management operations. Besides, all public and private institutions will also be able to reach the spatial data online via web services. Such kind of comprehensive and integrated system will also be an exemplary for many land management authorities abroad.

Netcad once more proved it’s profession on the cadaster industry by getting the highest score and giving the optimal bid for the Real Estate Registration and Cadaster Management System of Azerbaijan which is financed by the World Bank. Thanks to the experience of many years that spent on land registry and cadaster management solutions, Netcad has managed to ease away from the giant actors and got the highest technical score. Netcad continues its progression against becoming a recognized as a global power.
