Dassault Falcon to Provide On-Site Support at Global Events in 2012

SAINT-CLOUD, France, January 26, 2012 — (PRNewswire) —

World Economic Forum, Super Bowl and Olympics Among Events with Added Support

Dassault Falcon will support operators attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland by positioning a dedicated technical team at the Zurich Airport. The forum, taking place from January 25-29, brings together a global audience of intellectuals, business leaders and heads of state resulting in a large influx of business aircraft.

To ensure the highest level of customer support for Falcon operators attending the forum, the Falcon team dispatched on-site will be supported by the three Falcon Authorized Service Centers in Switzerland which are certified to perform maintenance on all Falcon models. Additionally, spare parts from Dassault's Paris-Le Bourget worldwide distribution center can be delivered on-site within three hours.

Dassault Falcon will also provide support for other significant events this year such as the 2012 Summer Olympics in London; Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis, Indiana as well as the Daytona 500 in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Dassault personnel are positioned at these events to provide any necessary troubleshooting assistance, and will coordinate closely with local Authorized Service Centers and the nearest parts warehouse to minimize any delays in return to service should an AOG situation arise.
