Toshiba's Opposition to Motion for Preliminary Injunctive Relief Brought by Western Digital Is Now Available to the Public

TOKYO — (BUSINESS WIRE) — July 3, 2017 — Toshiba Corporation (TOKYO:6502) today announced that its opposition to a motion for preliminary injunctive relief brought by SanDisk LLC (SanDisk), a subsidiary of Western Digital Corporation (Western Digital; NASDAQ: WDC), as publicly filed with the court, is now available on Toshiba’s website at http://www.toshiba.co.jp/about/ir/en/news/20170704_1doc.pdf

The hearing on the preliminary injunction motion is currently scheduled for July 14, 2017, before the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco.
