2014 Indiana GIS Conference: “Mapping a Difference”

January 10, 2014 -- Across Indiana, GIS is mapping a difference.  The 2014 Indiana GIS Conference will focus on how GIS mapping initiatives; from the small to the large, and from local, regional to statewide – are making a difference in our communities’ infrastructure, services, safety, health, economy, efficiencies and in our lives.

The 2014 Indiana GIS Conference is slated for May 7 & 8, 2014 at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing, 8787 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240, (317) 846-2700.  .

Many hands-on workshops are planned including working with LiDAR data, ArcGIS Online, social media integration with maps and GIS, near infra-red and DEM data use, national map resources, and others.  Presentations are being solicited with IGIC offering registration discounts for speakers.
